I ran an AV scan in the 'System Volume Information' section and it found six viruses deleted them all yet still can't restore. So I cleaned it up with comodo (my antivirus) and tried to restore to earlier checkpoints around 7-8 different ones all of which comes back and says 'system restore incomplete' and telling me it can't restore it to an earlier point after the machine has restarted.
